Delivery information
What are your delivery options?
All deliveries are made by the Royal Mail Tracking service. This is generally a 2 working day service which is fully trackable with the code that we will inform you with once your order has been despatched. Unfortunately we do not off a Next Day Delivery service.
Standard UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £30. For standard delivery on orders under £30 there will be a £3.75 delivery charge. We endeavour to despatch your goods from Just Another Head Quarters within 24 hours of ordering and it will take up to 3 days to arrive at your door. We will delivery most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm. Please note that larger products such as cots and furniture will be sent directly from our supplier with their own courier and a signature may be required on receipt of goods. These items may also take a little longer to arrive so please allow for this when ordering. The delivery information for each product can be found on each individual product page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming that your order is on it’s way. You will also receive an email from us stating your unique Royal Mail Tracking code. Simply click on the link provided and enter your tracking details. If you have provided us with your mobile phone number you will also receive a text message informing you that your order has left Just Another Head Quarters!
When will my products be delivered?
We endeavour to despatch your goods from Just Another Head Quarters within 24 hours of ordering and it will take up to 3 days to arrive at your door. We will delivery most items Monday to Saturdat, 9am-6pm.
Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?
Sorry we currently are unable to delivery products outside the UK.
Do we deliver to your address?
Just Another Baby delivers to all customers living in the United Kingdom, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Are there any places where delivery might take longer?
For parents living in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please be aware that it may take slightly longer to delivery your parcel.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipients are not available, Royal Mail will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Another attempt at delivery will be made within 24 hours and then your parcel will be taken to your local Royal Mail Depot where it will be held for up to 28 days. Please note that during the checkout process you can leave a specific message for the postman e.g. ‘Please leave parcel with neighbour’.
Can I send an order to an alternative address?>/strong>
To allow you to send products from Just Another Baby to friends and family as gifts we provide the option to deliver to an alternative postal address. During the checkout process simply enter the address in which you intend the parcel to be sent to. The invoice will always be sent to the billing address.
How can I get Free delivery?>
Easy, simply spend over £30 and you will receive free delivery worth £3.75
What is drop shipment?
For larger goods such as cots and furniture the manufacturer/distributor will ship the products to you directly. Delivery of these items may take a little longer so please be aware of this when placing your order. All products have delivery details attached to them.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to refund, or where possible exchange, any faulty or unwanted items. Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Once we have received the item back into the warehouse and are happy with the condition of the product we will refund your account. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we may refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact the Just Another Baby Customer Service team on 01392 693000 (open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) or email us at theteam@justanotherbaby.co.uk Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure. Click here for more information about returns.
Once you have notified us that You are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and, in the event that the Goods have been dispatched, within 21 days of your cancellation notice provided that as mentioned above the goods are returned received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you and in their original packaging.
What is your returns procedure?
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we may refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
If the item is faulty we will endeavour to replace or exchange the item within a reasonable period.
When returning a product, please use the returns form on the back of your invoice. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.
If you are returning an item, or order, with a value above £50 please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the error was ours, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.
What is your refunds policy?
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances: The original account no longer exists or the original account details have expired. For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange mattresses unless they are faulty.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged. We will also refund the standard delivery charge on orders under £30 if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order under £30 is returned to us after 7 days from receipt then we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock provide us with your email and we will notify you once the item is available to purchase.
How can I view my order history?
In ‘my account’ area of the website you will be able to view your order history.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Just Another Baby accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa debit.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot take credit card details over the phone but if you are having difficulties with placing your order than please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services Team on 01392 693000.

What is ‘Verify by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard Secure code’?
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring shopping online is safe and secure for you, Just Another Baby has partnered with Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure code. If you use a VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card to make a purchase at Just Another Baby, depending on the card issuer or bank, you will be able to benefit from additional security during the checkout process.
The benefits are:
Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure code helps to protect your card against unauthorised use when you shop online by requiring you to enter a personal password each time you buy. You only need to register once to create your password and during registration you will be communicating directly with your card issuer via a secure link. We won’t be able to see the information you enter.

What do I need to do to register?
If you have not yet registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard, you will have the opportunity to do so during the checkout process by entering in your details which will be sent via a secure link to your card issuer. Once the card issuer has confirmed your identity, you will be asked to choose a password and we will be able to complete your order. You will then use the same password each time you purchase online at participating stores.Please note if you choose not to register during the check out process, depending on your card issuer, we may not be able to process your order. Who is Just Another Baby?
We are parents ourselves, with three children ourselves – over the past ten years we’ve learnt a lot about babies and baby products! Together we have clocked up more than thirty years of working for others, and decided in 2009 that we wanted to create our own company to reflect our values and commitment. We chose the name “Just Another Baby” because clearly there is no such thing – we know that no child is the same as the next, and all are precious.
We aim to provide products that will take the stress out of parenting so that you can get on with enjoying family life. Our product selection choices come directly from our own experience of trying to get our babies to sleep (hey, we’ve been there!), feeding and weaning them and keeping them warm and safe. We offer a fun, reliable and honest online shopping experience, and we like to think that we’re just that little bit different from the multinationals and high-street stores.

What is a promotional discount?
If you acquire a coupon, discount or promotional discount code offered by justanotherbaby.com, it’s valid for use online only at justanotherbaby.com, and not by phone, unless otherwise stated. The following conditions apply:
- For the promotional code to be valid, a valid product must be added to your basket.
- Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
- If you have more than one promotional code, you may place separate orders.
- Orders must be made prior to 23:59 on the closing date.
- No cash alternative is available.
- All offers are subject to stock availability.

How can I enter your prize draw?
All you need to do is register to our newsletter today and you would be entered into our current prize draw. The standard conditions will apply to all Just Another Baby competitions:
- Winners will be notified in writing by the date specified on the prize draw. Entry into the draw is deemed as acceptance of the rules.
- No cash alternative is available
