Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We strongly believe in the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we may refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
If the item is faulty we will endeavour to replace or exchange the item within a reasonable period. When returning a product, please use the returns form on the back of your invoice. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.
If you are returning an item, or order, with a value above £50 please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the error was ours, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.
