Delivery / Return Information

Please allow 10-12 working days for delivery on most of our pushchairs, travel systems and car seats unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some travel systems do have several weeks waiting time.
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £50. ( Conditions apply*).
*Some of our products are delivered directly from our suppliers and these may incur a delivery charge. Please check delivery options on the item that you wish to purchase for more details. Larger items such as cots, cot beds and pushchairs may incur a cost for delivery to Northern Ireland.
For standard delivery on orders under £50 please note that the delivery charges are as follows:
For all orders under £0.01 and £10.00 - Royal Mail Delivery Charge £2.75
For all orders between £10.00 - £50.00 - Royal Mail Delivery Charge £4.75 
For all orders over £50 - Royal Mail Delivery Charge £3.95
For all orders over £50* - Delivery is FREE of Charge within the UK.
*shipping charges may apply for furniture deliveries
All orders weighing under 2kg are shipped using the 48 hour Royal Mail service.
Larger items such as pushchairs, high chairs, cots, cribs and baby bouncers will be sent via DPD, UPS or ParcelForce and should be delivered within 3-7 working days when in stock. Any further delivery times will be notified to the customer. Tracking details will also be forwarded by text to the customer and specific days can be requested directly with DPD couriers or please email
Smaller items - we will endeavour to dispatch from 'Just Another' headquarters within 24 hours of ordering during weekdays and it will take up to 2-3 working days to arrive at your door.
Where applicable you will be informed of your tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Most items will be delivered between Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm but please note that larger products such as cots and furniture will be sent directly from our supplier with their own courier and a signature may be required on receipt of goods. 

We ship to standard sized parcels to European Zones 1 and 2. These countries include Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Please note that delivery can take between 7-10 days and items will usually be sent using a Royal Mail International Signed for service. Pushchairs, cots and larger furniture will be sent by DPD fully tracked, however this excludes wardrobes and room sets which unfortunately we are unable to ship overseas due to size and weight restrictions.
NB - please click the correct shipping option on the check out page to ensure the correct shipping charge has been paid. Failure to do could result in your item not being despatched.

Small print!
On rare occasions (and we will try to ensure they are rare, promise!) some items may be delivered outside of the published timed windows stated above. For parents living in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please be aware that it may take slightly longer to deliver your parcel.
What are your delivery options?
Most deliveries are made by the Royal Mail 48 service. Orders should be delivered within 2 working days. Parcel Force, UPS and DPD may also be used for larger items such as pushchairs, car seats and cots and may take between 10-12 working days. Tracking references will be emailed to you where applicable as soon as your item is despatched so you can track your delivery.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming that your order is on it’s way. You will also receive an email from us stating your unique Royal Mail Tracking code. Simply click on the link provided and enter your tracking details. Royal Mail standard delivery will only give you a tracking code which will detail when the item is delivered only or if an attempt has been made.

When will my products be delivered?
We endeavour to despatch your smaller goods from 'Just Another' headquarters within 24 hours of ordering, unless an item is out of stock, and it will take up to 7 days to arrive at your door. We will deliver most items Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Please note that pushchairs, car seats and nursery furniture can take up to 10-12 working days for delivery or as indicated on the product page.
Out of Stock items
Occasionally some items may not be in stock in our own warehouse and may have to be ordered in. We will inform you of this via email or telephone along with the estimated delivery date.

Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we deliver to European Zones 1 and 2.

Do we deliver to your address?
Just Another Baby? delivers to all customers living in the United Kingdom, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Euro Zones 1 & 2.

Are there any places where delivery might take longer?
For parents living in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please be aware that it may take slightly longer to delivery your parcel.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipients are not available, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Another attempt at delivery will be made within 24 hours and then your parcel will be taken to your local Depot where it will be held for up to 15 days. Please note that during the checkout process you can leave a specific message for the postman e.g. ‘Please leave parcel with neighbour’.

Can I send an order to an alternative address?
To allow you to send products from Just Another Baby? to friends and family as gifts we provide the option to deliver to an alternative postal address. During the checkout process simply enter the address in which you intend the parcel to be sent to. The invoice will always be sent to the billing address.

How can I get Free delivery?
Easy, simply spend over £50 and you will receive free delivery.

What is drop shipment?
For larger goods such as cots and furniture the manufacturer/distributor will ship the products to you directly. Delivery of these items may take a little longer so please be aware of this when placing your order. All products have delivery details attached to them.

Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to refund, or where possible exchange, any faulty or unwanted items within 14 days of purchase. Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Once we have received the item back into the warehouse and are happy with the condition of the product we will refund your account. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we may refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Return postage will only be reimbursed on receipt of faulty or incorrect items being received within 14 days of purchase. 

Can I change or cancel an order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact the Just Another Baby? Customer Service team on 01392 693000 (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday) or email us at Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure. 

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and, in the event that the goods have been dispatched, within 21 days of your cancellation notice provided that as mentioned above the goods are returned received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you and in their original packaging.

What is your returns procedure?
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of purchase and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we may refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

If the item is faulty we will endeavour to replace or exchange the item within a reasonable period.

Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.

If you are returning an item, or order, with a value above £50 please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the error was ours, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.

What is your refunds policy?
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser within 14 days of purchase or exchange the product once it is received by us. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances: The original account no longer exists or the original account details have expired. For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange mattresses unless they are faulty.

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged. We will also refund the standard delivery charge on orders under £50 if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If an order under £50 is returned to us after 14 days from receipt then we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect up to a maximum of 28 days after the original delivery date.

How can I view my order history?
In ‘my account’ area of the website you will be able to view your order history.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Just Another Baby? accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal.

Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot take credit card details over the phone due to data protection but if you are having difficulties with placing your order than please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team on 01392 693000.
